Chris is a remedial massage therapist with an advanced diploma of sports therapy. He has a background as an athlete, racing road bikes for more than 15 years. This personal experience underpins Chris’s keen interest in treating endurance athletes. Chris also finds it rewarding to help clients with pain management. His treatment techniques are broad and include Swedish relaxation massage, joint mobilisation, dry needling, electrotherapy and corrective exercise prescription.
At your first visit, Chris will take a history and do specific testing to see how best he can help. Your treatment will be tailored to your needs. Chris works closely with our chiropractors where appropriate to help make sure your case is managed seamlessly between practitioners.
